On May 14, 2019 MSCI announced its Index Review, with an inclusion of Sunway Communication in the list of constituents for the MSCI China Index. The index captures representation across Chinese securities listed on the Shenzhen and Shanghai exchanges. The inclusion from this year is the result of the internationalization of the Chinese securities markets, with steady increases in the number of foreign investors. Additionally, the continued strong financial development of Sunway Communication makes the index inclusion a logical consequence. “We welcome the updated index constituents and will continue to work diligently to serve our investor community in the best possible way”, said Ms Du Min, Board Secretary of Sunway Communication.
